Welcome to our Spanish 1A by El Jardín After School Program!
Join our after-School Spanish 1A Program where students have fun while learning Spanish and art with our custom made curriculum, which includes singing, dancing, games, activities & art projects. Students will continue to use the Descubre Level 1 textbook, in conjunction with our with over 100 custom written lessons. Led by our experienced, native Spanish maestras!
Classes offered:
Spanish 1A Class: High school-aligned Spanish instruction adapted for 6th-grade students. Focused on listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Culturally immersive & Engaging activities.

This is a rotating schedule offered about twice a week, see last years proposed calendar schedule below, for an idea of how this rotating schedule will be scheduled at your school. (Finalized schedule for the 25-26 school year is still to be decided on by LCUSD)
Spanish 1 A by El Jardin is a year-long program, with 2 semester long sessions, each school year. Students must join for both Fall and Spring semesters. Students must join two days a week

Semester 1 (Fall)- Week of September 9th - Week of December 16
Fall is around 20 sessions long
Semester 2 (Spring)- Week of January 6th - Week of May 19th
Fall is around 28 sessions long
Tuition:
Tuition is $22/hour/student:
Each session is 1.5 hours of after school classes
1.5 hours- $33 a day
$50- Non refundable deposit towards tuition
