Farm to Table Learning.
Farm to Table is our outdoor homeschool & farm school support program inspired by the old-fashioned “one-room farm schoolhouse.” It is a five-hour drop-off Homeschool Farm School Support program for children grades K-6 located on working farms, complete with fruit orchards, vegetable gardens, & farm animals. Farm to Table offers multiple subject & multiple grade level academic / homeschool support and elective classes. Our daily farm school program includes Reading, Writing, Handwriting, Math, History, Art, Nature Studies, Farm and Animal Studies, and Sciences. Possible additional electives include: Writing Classes, Marine Biology, Art, Gardening, Bee Keeping, Theater, and 4H.
Carpinteria- Farm to Table Carp is for grades K-6, located at very own Carpinteria Children’s Farm! Our 3.5 acre farm plot includes eucalyptus trees, large open farm space, a pasture field for our farm animals, an avocado grove with over 170 avocado trees, and large farming and gardening areas. We have 16 ducks, 15 chickens, 4 babydoll miniature sheep, 2 guinea pigs, and 2 rabbits. Did we mention that Carp Children's Farm is right on the Carp bluffs, overlooking the beach!?
San Luis Obispo- Farm to Table SLO is for grades K-6, located on the beautiful Avila Valley Barn complete with over 40 acres of farming, U-Pick fruits from the many fruit tree orchards, flowers, and tomatoes, modified farm petting zoo w/ many different types of farm animals, and farm general grocery store (with some of the best pies for sale, smoked BBQ, and cutest ice cream shop!
