El Jardín is a four-hour drop-off Spanish immersion experience for children grades TK–4th grade located at Windrose Farm, in Paso Robles. The program studies thematic units, Spanish vocabulary, outdoor learning, sustainability, gardening, and art — all in a Spanish immersion environment. These are small group classes of up to 14 students per group, led by our amazing Spanish teachers (Head Maestra and Assistant Maestra).
Class offered:
Pequenos (TK–4th): Students learn new weekly Spanish vocabulary, letters, colors, and numbers; and they enjoy “dirt play,” gardening, art, story time, singing, and dancing — all in a Spanish immersion environment.
DETAILS:
We meet Mondays and Tuesdays at the amazing Windrose Farm in Paso Robles. This location is around 18 minutes from Paso Robles, Templeton, and Atascadero — a short, scenic drive through wine counties and farms, for families from all three cities! Windrose Farm is a beautiful working farm in the middle of wine country, with over 30 sheep, hundreds of chickens, pigs, and over 50 acres of produce and fruits!
Come for one day or for both days! Families are strongly encouraged to come both days for better language acquisition.
El Jardín is a year-long program, with fall and spring semesters, with classes meeting from 10 am to 2 pm. Families must sign up for each semester separately.
